("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

With 10+ years of experience, we specialize in:

Hardwood floor installation & refinishing(sanding, staining, sealing)Laminate, vinyl (LVT), and tile flooring installationFloor repair & maintenance(water damage, squeak fixes, board replacement)Custom flooring solutions(design consultations, specialty finishes)

2. Estimates & Payments

Free Estimates: Provided in writing; valid for30 days.Deposit:50%required to book (non-refundable if Client cancels within7 daysof project start).Payment: Balance due upon completion(cash, check, credit/debit with3% fee, or financing viaProgressive Leasing).Late Payments:1.5%monthly interest after15 days.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Lead Time:2–4 weeks for installations (varies by material availability).Cancellation:48-hour notice required; deposit forfeited for late cancellations.Delays: Due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen structural problems will be communicated via phone/email ([email protected]).

4. Client Responsibilities

Clear the work area of furniture/obstructions24 hours prior.Provide safe access (e.g., secure pets, remove fragile items).Disclose existing issues (e.g., moisture damage, uneven subfloors)before work begins.

5. Warranties & Liability

Materials: Covered by manufacturer warranties (25 years for hardwood, 10 years for laminate).Workmanship:5-year warrantyon installations/refinishing (excludes damage from improper cleaning/flooding).Liability: Fully insured for damages caused by our negligence.Not liablefor pre-existing conditions or hidden defects (e.g., mold, termites).

6. Property Conditions

Dust/debris: Refinishing generates dust; we useplastic barriers & air scrubbers but recommend covering electronics.Ventilation: Clients must ensure adequate airflow (open windows/fans).

7. Dispute Resolution

Claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of service.Mediation(viaAAA) required before litigation (Florida law applies).
